Woven in Red
Inspired by the Red Dress Project, (https://reddressembroidery.com), we explore the language of embroidery through movement. Sewing and threading represent both literal actions and metaphors - weaving their bodies in a dance that embodies connection, care, and collaboration.
This piece was originally commissioned by Swansea Dance Days and performed on the columns of Swansea Museum. It has also been performed at Gwrych Castle supported by Conwy Arts Trust.
